For the past 30 years, Philip DeBerard, III has been an aggressive advocate for injury and accident victims from all over South Florida and the Treasure Coast, and has collected over $125 million on behalf of the numerous clients he has represented over the last three decades.
Philip DeBerard, III was born and raised in Florida, living in Martin County for most of his life. From 1968 to 1972, Philip served in the United States Marine Corps, and then studied at the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance and graduated Cum Laude. He then continued to study at the University of Florida School of Law to earn his Juris Doctorate Degree.
Martindale-Hubbell, the prestigious national legal directory, has given him the highest AV preeminent rating, and he has also been recognized by the American Trial Lawyers Association as one of the top 100 lawyers in the state.

Philip also strongly believes in rewarding the academic achievements and accomplishments of the youth, and continuously encourages students to work hard and follow their dreams. He has served on various community organization boards, and has supported dozens of local non-profit organizations.
Philip is affiliated with the American Association of Justice, Florida Bar Association, Christian Legal Society, and Florida Justice Association. He is also a member of the local bar associations for the counties of Palm Beach, Martin and Okeechobee.
